Mhel Cedric D. Bendo is a student researcher and opinion writer.  His research focuses on Educational Psychology, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Educational Technology, as well as Business and Financial Technology (Fintech). He applies Quantitative, Psychometrics, and Mixed-Methods approaches to explore various aspects of instructional effectiveness, and technology-mediated learning, including AI-based detection  and the interpretation of educational constructs across diverse learning environments. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). Alongside his formal training, he has developed a focused research in educational measurement and further honed his strategic skills through case-study analysis in salary negotiation and market leverage at Harvard Business School Online.

As of  2026,  Bendo is a member of the Editorial Board of the SIAR-Global Journal of Humanities, Management & Educational Review and the education section of the SIAR-Global Journal of Literatures & Educational Review, where he contributes peer-review support and subject-area feedback on submitted manuscripts in educational and interdisciplinary fields.
